White — Every Glass Matters

The world is full of fabulous white wines. From Old World classics to New World success stories white wine has it all. White wine can range from crisp, light and often neutral in flavour to rich and intense. Some have big oak and creamy flavours whereas other styles focus on the grapes’ natural flavours. Winemaking can have a very obvious impact on the final wine.

Did you know that the majority of grapes, including those with red skins, have clear juice? This means white wine can even be made from red grape varieties as long as no skin contact is allowed.
